Project Management
Utilizing the Design and Working Drawing drawn up in the design phase, the project can be specified and costed prior to calling for quotes from suitable or nominated specialist contractors under my Project Management services. (see Rates page link).
The following is the process followed under my Project Management service where quotes canvassed are assessed based on all contractors quoting on the same design and specifications.
I act on your behalf and in your interests to compare and adjudicate the quotes. Once the quotes are Adjudicated, a recommendation will be made to you of the Preferred Contractor, pending any further negotiations and amendments required. Contract Documentation is supplied, where relevant and the Contractor Appointed on your behalf. Regular Site Meetings and inspections are carried out to check on the Work-in-Progress and to Certify the work completed, as well as any Dispute Resolution, if necessary. The above services are carried out, or on a Cost Plus basis i.e. as a (%) percentage of the total project value with unlimited site visits, as required (See Rates Page) The same service is available as an ongoing service handling all the Maintenance Requirements of the garden, once installed, to ensure your garden turns out as intended.
Optional additional services include handling the Development Planning application with your local Shire where the design and intended construction may conflict with the (R) Restriction Codes. (See Rates page link).
